Ever thought about doing a Winter city session for your engagement shoot? Sometimes people think that Summer and Fall is the best time for a session, but I’d say Winter is a very underrated time to book a session! It’s the best being able to snuggle up with your partner just as you would at home! Wear your favorite coat and boots, and this could be your ideal session! There is something so cozy and wonderful about the vibe in these photos.

All to say, I loved this Winter city session with Nicole and Jarrod! They met in Med-School in Pennsylvania, moved to Michigan for residency and now live in my hometown! They’re getting married this fall at my favorite, The Treasury in Pontiac. A gorgeous venue option for anyone getting married in Michigan! Can’t speak highly enough!!

They’re also cat lovers/parents! Which is the cutest thing! Maybe we should normalize bringing your cats to sessions?! That would be so cool IMO.
